grupos sanguíneos: podemos ser A, B, AB ou 0. Isto débese a certas
proteínas (antíxenos) que poden ter os glóbulos vermellos. Así, os do
grupo A teñen antíxeno A; os do B, antíxeno B; os do AB, A e B; e os do
grupo 0, ningún. Ademais, no plasma pode haber outras proteínas
(anticorpos) que atacan a certos antíxenos e producen aglutinación dos
glóbulos vermellos. Por exemplo, o sangue A ten anticorpos anti-B, polo
que destrúe os antíxenos B. Aparte, tamén hai outras proteínas (o
factor Rh) que podemos ter ou non (Rh+ e Rh-, respectivamente).</p><p style="text-align: justify;">No laboratorio averiguamos os grupos pinchándonos nun dedo e botando 4 gotiñas de sangue nun acetato. Nunha
engadimos reactivo anti-A, noutra anti-B, noutra anti-A e anti-B e, na
última, anti D (anti-Rh). Segundo se producise ou non aglutinación, puidemos deducir de que grupo se trataba.
